RS Fitness helps you define your fitness goals. We provide fitness assessments which measures current fitness levels while determining strengths and weaknesses.

Basic Package

2 TIMES A WEEK

Basic Package gives you 10 training sessions, to train 2 times a week.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of training session will count as a paid session

  • Rescheduled sessions must be made up within 30 days.

  • All sessions will expire 30 days from purchase date.

Plus Membership gives you 3 training sessions a week for a set monthly price.

  • No cancellation fee for canceling training sessions.

  • Sessions do NOT roll over to following week or month.

Small Group Training

ABOUT

RS Fitness is full body, high intensity workout that will take your fitness to the next level. This semi-private session will build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.

RS Fitness is offering small group training sessions (3-4 people). Each session would run for 60 minutes, you will train two times a week for a set price of $479.99 per persons each month. If you do not have a friend to train with RS Fitness will pair you up with like minded individuals.
