No cancellation fee for canceling training sessions.
If you are unable to make a session you & the trainer will meet on your next scheduled day.
Rescheduling sessions for the same week is an option if the trainer and member have time.
You and your friend must come together, semi-private sessions can not train separately.

RS Fitness is full-body, high-intensity workout that will take your fitness to the next level. This semi-private session will build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn.

RS Fitness is offering small group training sessions (3-4 people). Think of this as personal training at a special rate. You get the individual attention as if it was one on one personal training. Each session would run for 60 minutes, you will train two times a week for a set price of $480 per person each month. If you do not have a friend to train with, RS Fitness will pair you up with like-minded individuals.
No cancellation fee for canceling training sessions.
Sessions do NOT roll over to the following week or month.
If you are unable to make a session you & the trainer will meet on your next scheduled day.
