SMALL GROUP CLASS
RS Fit Club is a full body, high intensity workout that will take your fitness to the next level. This semi-private session will build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.
Class size 4 people max per class, so you can get that person training feel and not get lost in the back of the class
