Ronail "Stretch" Shelton is NASM-certified and will work directly with you to develop and implement a functional training and nutritional program to ensure that you reach your goals in a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment. Any successful fat loss plan is going to take you out of you comfort zone, both in the gym and in the kitchen. Effective fat loss workouts are generally energy depleting and physically and mentally taxing and best paired with a nutritional plan.
Rs Fitness corrective exercises program can decrease pain, enhances performance, improve posture, decrease susceptibility to other injuries, reduce stress, and improve daily living.
The RS Fitness program incorporates exercises designed to help members reach their fitness goals in the safest and quickest way possible. By motivating members in every workout, they are able to reach their goals in a fun, and safe way. The program also provide members with fitness assessments to measure their progress and determine their strengths and weaknesses.
The RS Fitness program also performs frequent fitness assessments in order to monitor members' progress, as well as highlight strengths and improve upon weaknesses.
Every other week trainer will take measurements and body fat, to insure the correct steps are taken to help to achieve your goal(s).
SMALL GROUP CLASS
RS Fitness is a full body, high intensity workout that will take your fitness to the next level.This semi-private session will build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.
This small group training session caps out at 3-4 people per class, so you can get that person training feel and not get last in the back of the class, and save money when comparing one onone training sessions. Each session would run around 60-80 minutes, you will train up to 2-3 times a week for a set price per month.
The RS Fitness strength training program is designed to develop muscle, tendon and ligament strength, improve joint function and bone density, and incorporate aerobic exercise to promote a healthy heart and lungs. Strength training will not only enhance your overall health and fitness levels, but it has also been proven to boost bone density, speed metabolism, and aid in the fight against disease and obesity.
WEIGHT LOSS / TONING
Exercise plays an important role in maintaining a healthy body, making it possible to create a calorie deficit and lose weight. The rSheltonFit training program teaches members to lose weight through interval training, high-repetition weight training, and cardio.
With RS Fitness workouts and eating guidelines, clients are able to lose weight and keep it off.
