Stairs to stay in shape

On the days you can't get a workout in, or if you are still making excuses why you can not workout, start taking the stairs regularly. If there are too many flights, only go up a few and then hope on the elevator. 

Stairs help tone, burn and keep you more active, with other added benefits.
